What is Bogglebuddies?
Bogglebuddies is a small business, the name was inspired by the term 'boggling' which is a behaviour that Rats and Mice do, sometimes when they are happy.
We sell a range of small animal toys / accessories / treats, as well as products for rodent lovers too.
Do you ship to Australia?
Yes! However, due to strict Australian custom rules beyond our control we are not able to send any food / treat items at all, as any orders containing them have been refused in the past. Please keep this in mind when placing your order, any orders containing food items will have to be cancelled / partially refunded.
Do you ship internationally?
We are based in the UK but can ship to anywhere in the world. Delivery time and cost to other countries will vary beyond our control, but we want to make our products accessible to everyone. Please note that due to recent changes in regulations shipping to the EU / Europe may incur additional VAT charges upon arrival, it is the buyers responsibility to pay these fees. Shipping to the US and the rest of the world currently remains unaffected.
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, normally within 3-5 working days. Please be patient with us! We are a small business and it is just one human packing each individual order!
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately we generally we do not accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to help.
I haven’t received my order yet?
If you have been waiting longer than the expected delivery period for your country, please get in contact with us and we will try our best to help. Please send an email with your name and order number to email@example.com to receive the fastest response.
Can you stock ____ in your store?
If there is a specific item you would like us to stock in our store by all means send us a message and we can see what we can do! However usually we can only stock pet supplies that we can get from our wholesalers, some popular products are harder to find, as much as we would love to sell them!
Can I choose what colour product I receive in my order?
Most of our items that come in a variation of colour / appearance will have options for you to select before checkout. We know how frustrating it is when you've got a certain colour scheme in your cage and it's pot luck what colour arrives when you order. Because of that we like to offer you the choice where possible, and if the colour you're looking for is in stock it will show up as an option.
The item I want is not in stock?
If an item that you were hoping to order is not in stock, it should hopefully be back in stock soon. We usually restock our products every few weeks, if an item you would like is out of stock, it is likely we are not able to obtain it from our supplier at this time. If there was anything you were specifically looking for please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can try to let you know when it is back in stock to avoid disappointment.
Are we able to visit your store in person?
Unfortunately we are currently online only. There may be an option for local collection in the future, but all our products are available to browse from the comfort of your own home instead.
